Huxley Turkeys is based at New House Farm Brineton, which is a traditional beef sheep and arable farm and has a herd of pedigree South Devon suckler cows.

Turkeys have been reared at New House Farm on the Shropshire/Staffordshire border for three generations by the Huxley family.

Phil and Rachael Huxley are now specialising in producing a top quality traditional oven ready turkey for the Christmas market. The day to day management of the turkey enterprise is done by Rachael, who ensures the health and wellbeing of the birds is paramount. Only hen turkeys are reared and are housed in barns open to the elements and bedded on straw produced on the farm. White and bronze turkeys are available, a fabulous range of turkey breeds are selected for their wonderful broad breasted confirmation with a high meat to bone ratio.
