For 25 years I have been dedicated to getting mediation out there for everyone. It is not for expert mediators alone.

Mediation is not a 'soft skill', but a skill for life. I believe that mediation is something people do and not have done to them.

Since 1987 when I first got involved in mediation I have been involved in a wide range of proactive conflict management and mediation projects. I have witnessed its benefits. I have seen harmful conflicts resolved, broken relationships repaired and capability restored. I've observed stressed staff and managers getting their lives back. I have watched disengaged people become energised and re-engaged. I've noticed long term improvements in employee relations.

Through experience, I know how to get the most out of mediation. We will inspire you and your organisation to be bold and positive with conflict. The underlying aim is to help individuals, organisations and communities develop reusable, cost effective skills, practice and processes to help navigate the storms and barren spells of conflict more effectively.

I'm excited by any mediation project, bringing the best out of people and sharing my experience and expertise. I have a 'can do' approach that gives people a new perspective and gets them mediation-ready. We build people up and show organisations how not to put people down.
