Dr. Martin Barrett

I am a Forensic Physician practising as a Forensic Medical Examiner with the States of Jersey Police. I undertake sessional work with the Metropolitan Police Service.

I act as an expert witness accepting instructions from the prosecution, defence and regulatory bodies in cases concerning assault, and custody medicine generally.
