The Maintenance Man

The Maintenance Man provides experienced multi-skilled professionals who are skilled in the type of work they carry out.

We focus on small jobs which take from half an hour to half a day such as repairing or replacing a leaking toilet, installing extra sockets, light fittings or hanging a door.

We also carry out a variety of larger works eg complete bathroom and kitchen refurbishments.

We can carry out a number of repairs in one visit for less than the cost of employing several specialist tradesmen.

Our maintenance team are employed directly by us and are trained to work in a fast, efficient manner. There is no incentive for them to work slowly or to overcharge. Our staff take a pride in their work and appearance and are trained to be polite and courteous to all customers and respect the customers property ie leaving the property in a clean and tidy state.

All our work is fully insured and guaranteed. We have
£2 million public liability insurance. We are also accredited members of the Medway Fair Trader Scheme. Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with any of our work, we will come back and do it for free.
