End of Tenancy Cleaning Checklist

General room clean to include:

Curtain rails

Light switches

Mirrors, picture rails wiped clean and dusted

Cupboard doors and Handles and skirting boards cleaned

Marks on walls (where possible to remove extra £ on request)

Windows frames and cils inside (outside extra £ on request)

Furniture:

Clear out, wipe and dust, drawers, cupboards and shelving

Carpets:

Vacuum thoroughly and spot clean where necessary

Expert cleaning on request (Extra £ per room)

Hard floors, remove any dust or debris and clean

Sinks:

Clean removing any lime-scale

Tiles:

Degrease or descale (as necessary) clean and dry

Appliances:

Extractor Hood/Fan – Remove and clean filter where necessary, dust and wipe

Cooker – Wipe and clean hob, degrease where necessary,

(Expert Oven Cleaning available on request for extra £)

Washing Machine Clean inside and out, soap dispenser drawer and rubber seal

Dishwasher – Remove grime/mildew, food deposits and check filters

Fridge – Remove and grime/mildew, food deposits, wipe inside and out including handles and rubber seal

Freezer – Inside (if defrosted) and outside, door handles and rubber seal.

Bathroom – Clean bath, hand basin, w.c., bidet, shower cubicle/s shower screen and tiles

mirrors/glass surfaces, remove any limes-scale

Check Plug-holes and remove any build-up of hair

Extractor Fans – Check wipe clean from dust

Taps – Wipe taps, fittings, soap dispenser, radiator/s and towel rail

Clean all pipework and plumbing behind w.c. (if accessible)

Vacuum/mop floor (as applicable )

Stairs – Vacuum stairs and hallways, mop if applicable

Skirting boards cleaned

Light fittings cleaned

Miscellaneous

We also throw away any household rubbish and wipe rubbish bins inside and out.
