Kleen & Fresh

About Us - Kleen & Fresh
Kleen & Fresh is a family run business, established in 2008 by Phil and Louise Reeves. It is a small and carefully built business which started when a member of their family was ill – they wanted to build something that would help others maintain their dignity.

From here it ballooned into a popular choice for those daunted by the domestic issues they faced and caretakers of commercial buildings, community centres, schools and churches. These range from removing stains and odours from carpets, upholstery and mattresses to one-off deep cleans and restoring the appearance of well-trodden, hard floors.

Extremely high standards

The care Phil and Louise have put into maintaining high standards in Kleen & Fresh is second to none. For example:

• All guarantees are upheld
• They are not afraid of removing any stain or odour – human, animal, engine oil dirt or even graffiti
• All cleaning products are environmentally friendly, safe for children and animals
• Products are carefully selected so that nothing is used that irritates skin or respiratory conditions
• Customers can be assured that all staff are CRB checked
• New recruits are CRB checked before they enter clients' buildings
• Client confidentiality is of utmost importance
• Each member of Kleen & Fresh undergoes rigorous training
• Punctuality is key
