It arranges finance for SMEs by discretely placing Secured Capital Loan Notes directly with private investors.

Investors receive fixed interest rates of between 6% and 12% per annum over terms of between 1 and 5 years (eg. at the maturity of a 5 year 12% per annum loan note an investor would receive £60 gross interest for every £100 invested)

An investor receives interest directly from the borrower. Cutting out the margin between borrower and saver is what delivers superior returns for investors.

Investors can be individuals or businesses.
