Counselling Services

Hello I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families & couples. Some of the related Issues are stress, anxiety, work related issues, drug & alcohol issues, family issues, bereavement/loss, OCD & sexual. I have worked in drug & alcohol, housing organisations for over 10 years. I have worked in primary schools for several years and have had my own private practice since 2002. I work on face to face, over the phone, sort & long term basis, depending on the individuals needs. The counselling approach I use is mainly Person Centred or integrative, again depending on the issue of the individual. My aim is to support the individual through difficult times and on their personal journey in counselling, helping them to make sense of their past or present experience, supporting them through difficult time with the aid of my therapeutic skills. I can visit people in their homes or I have offices around East London where the counselling sessions are held
