I am an experienced BACP registered clinical psychotherapist, offering counselling and psychotherapy on a short and long-term therapy, depending on the individuals need. My specialities are working with trauma, post trauma stress disorder (PTSD), immigration issues, anxiety, difficult relationships, addiction, feelings of depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, eating disorder and workplace problems. I provide clients with a confidential, warm, empathic and non-judgemental space to talk about the difficulties they are experiencing and help overcome them.
