At times life can often offer us challenges that we may have difficulty dealing with. If you feel that you need someone to listen to you in a warm, empathic and non-judgementatal way I can help you find your answers to the questions that are troubling you. Research has shown that often the best outcomes from counselling are based on the relationship between the counsellor and client. I would hope that in this counselling relationship you would feel held, listened to and understood.
