Welcome to the Box fit Academy. If getting fit, burning fat & increasing your strength and stamina is what you are after then our boxing for fitness classes are what you have been looking for. Combined with Kettle bell classes, medicine ball training and bodyweight circuits, theses classes are open to adults, kids, seniors, mums, and brides to be. Classes are held in Crawley every evening and also during the day.
