Phil, Anna and family would like to welcome you to our family run health club.

Both Anna and Phil have extensive health and fitness backgrounds. Prior to their current careers both spent over 18 years in the fitness industry following very similar paths. Both started off as fitness instructors progressing to personal trainers. Both worked as sales managers for major health club chains, going on to general management, regional management and regional troubleshooting roles. Between them they have managed clubs for Classic World of Fitness, Fitness First, Fitness for Industry, Granada Health and Fitness, LA Fitness and Total Fitness as well as local authorities and small stand alone health clubs.

With such a wealth of business experience totalling 30 years combined with the tremendous amount of resources, operations and programmes developed and accumulated over the years it made total sense for them to consolidate this knowledge into a health and fitness operation which has been aptly branded.
