Dr Lang from Sweden formulated the techniques of Swedish massage. Coming from a medical background as a ex state enrolled nurse, trained by a professional. Doctor in the art of the original Swedish massage techniques, in my 15 years̢۪ experience I have seen many watered down versions of Swedish massage which renders the techniques less effective.
