Dr Kathryn McDowell

Dr Kathryn A. McDowell is an experienced expert witness, Health and Care Professions Council registered, and Chartered member of the British Psychological Society.
With over ten years continuous service in the NHS she has provided approximately sixty reports for Family Courts, including comprehensive psychological assessments of children and adults. Reports have also been provided for issues relating to adults with learning disabilities including, Court of Protection mental capacity assessment and fitness to plead/stand trial in criminal proceedings.
