Franklin Immigration

Advising and assisting clients with PBS applications, particularly with Tier 1 (Investor) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) routes at entry clearance and in-country, EEA, nationality, sponsor license applications, family migration applications, specifically under Appendix FM of the Immigration rules and complex outside the rules applications. Also experienced in liaising with the UKVI and interacting on behalf of clients, with government officials at embassies, consulates, high commissions and visa application centres as required
