Valuation:

We research the value of your property to determine a realistic sale price that we are prepared to offer. We then contact you to ascertain what your needs are, how we can meet them and discuss possible timescales.

Viewing your property:

We will arrange a mutually agreeable time to view your property, this is a good time to discuss your specific needs and offer solutions to your particular situation. Our offer to purchase your property will be valid for 30 days. An external survey is part of our normal process, which we will of course pay for.

Finally:

We will handle all the paperwork for you and will cover ALL the expenses even down to your solicitorâ??s costs. These expenses can often be between £2000-£3000. You wonâ??t even need to arrange a HIP.
