We have owned this property for some years using it as a second home so you will find all the comforts of home in a pleasant modern clean duplex apartment.

It has an en-suite master bedroom on the upper floor with a private entrance to the upper balcony with pleasant views of the sea and mountain. An ideal place for a quiet breakfast or evening drinks watching the sun go down.

The lower floor has a nice sitting area with a television DVD and CD player and fireplace. There is a dining table and 4 chairs in the dining area. A twin bedroom and a third bedroom with a sofa bed and a family bathroom with over bath shower and bidet is on this floor. There is a hairdryer.The lower balcony has a table and 6 chairs and sunbeds to enjoy the sun and the lovely views.

The kitchen has everything you need including a cooker microwave kettle toaster utensils cutlery tea cloths fridge/freezer.There is a washing machine in the utility room also an iron and ironing board.All towels and linen is provided. Beach towels are not provided.There are two swimming pools.

The beach is 5 minutes walk away and Sabinillas - a small traditional Spanish town is 5 minutes drive away with bars and restaurants or walk along the beach and beyond to Duquesa a beautiful marina. Estepona has a 7 mile stretch of lovely beach

Visit Puerta Banus and Marbella for fabulous shops and nightlife - 20 minutes drive.

Gibralter Mijas Ronda and Tarifa are all within easy reach.

There is a local bar and gardens with a play area just 500 metres away. A car is recommended
