About the Holiday Cottageâ€Â¢Beautiful Georgian stone cottageâ€Â¢Sleeps up to sixâ€Â¢Three bedroomsâ€Â¢Loungeâ€Â¢Kitchen/Dinerâ€Â¢Bathroomâ€Â¢Patioâ€Â¢Garden with SummerhouseThe cottage is situated on a cobbled street close to the centre of Richmond, just five minutes walk to the market place where you will find a wide variety of shops restaurants and Pubs. There are views of the imposing Richmond Castle from the property.

The holiday cottage has recently been been decorated and furnished throughout. There are three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. Both double bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVD players. 24 Bargate has full gas central heating.

The kitchen/diner has a fridge with ice box, washer drier, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven with grill, a good selection of kitchen utensils, microwave and CD player with iPod dock, as well as table and chairs.

The lounge has comfortable seating for six people and also a 37" flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.

The bathroom has WC, hand wash basin, and a spacious walk-in electric shower.

There is a sheltered patio with a gas barbecue and table and chairs. The pretty cottage garden also has a summerhouse for guests use.

There is free parking for your car in the street in front of the cottage. Free parking discs for Richmond are available in the cottage and at local shops.

Bed linen is provided for the double bedrooms, if you need to use the bunk beds please bring your own linen for these.

Towels and tea towels are provided. We also provide a welcome pack which includes tea bags, coffee, milk, bread, butter, marmalade.

Please note that the stairs may be unsuitable for very young children eldery or infirm.

Please note that the arrival time is from 3pm. The property should be vacated by 10am on your departure day.
