TIM CLARKE THE SAX MAN

I'm a highly-recommended professional saxophone & clarinet player based in theYorkshire/Lancashire area, experienced in playing at events and celebrations, such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, business functions - the range is endless. Weddings are my speciality. Just in 2014, I've played at countless weddings – many including a church service or civil ceremony; silver and golden anniversaries; birthday parties (a 16th, a 21st and even two 100th celebrations); restaurants; pubs; hotels; and sadly even a funeral (see http://members.lastminutemusicians.com/tcthesaxman.html for reviews & recommendations).
In order to play for such a range of events convincingly, an extensive and ever-growing library of music is essential. This is categorised as follows:
Beautiful Melodies – not only well-loved classics but also other … beautiful melodies
Chart Hits & Film Music from the 1950s up to current favourites
Vintage – including the sounds of the 1920s/30s/40s
Jazz & Swing – including more recent jazz standards, latin jazz, and the hits of the Rat Pack and other crooners
Rock & Roll
Soul
Essential Party Music
Irish & Scottish
International (including klezmer)
Christmas songs – a few favourite carols mixed with festive chart hits and seasonal standards
Miscellaneous – including strict-tempo ballroom dances
