The Proprietor of Scot Wed Photo's, Colin Todd is a member of The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers. Colin, began his career in wedding photography in Edinburgh,after graduating from Napier University, with a degree in photography and thereafter, gaining valuable experience as a wedding photographer. With many years̢۪ experience, he founded one of the most respected wedding photography studios in Edinburgh.

Colin specialises in Wedding Photography and is known for his very friendly, relaxed and patient approach to photographing people. He has many testimonials from happy couples who have thanked him, for the way in which he photographed their wedding day.

His aim is to capture the various emotions of the day, being constantly aware of what's going on around him and photographing all the little details, which more often than not, the Bride and Groom are blissfully unaware of.

Apart from being a passionate wedding photographer, Colin's greatest pleasure is re-creating the day, on DVD. From the photographs taken on the day, he will produce a slide presentation with background music (music from the day's events) from the start of the day, right through to the first dance. Of course, each wedding is unique and DVD play times are varied but, normally they play for between 30 minutes and an hour.
